AARON GREEN – PRESIDENT
Aaron Green is President of Focused Car Wash Solutions & Focused Chemical Solutions (FCS), based out of Denver, Colorado. Prior to launching FCS, Aaron was a partner and operated two exterior tunnel car washes in the Denver area – Kwik Car Wash. During his time as President of Kwik, the car washes were named a Top 50 car wash company in 2007 by Modern Car Care magazine and were featured in articles by Professional Carwashing & Detailing Magazine in April 2012 and by AutoLaundry News in November 2010. He has spoken at conventions including the SCWA & ICA car wash shows. Aaron has served as Vice President and President of the Rocky Mountain Car Wash Association. Working for S & O Development, he helped build over $10 million worth of projects in three states in 2 years and served on the Parker Planning Commission for two years in Parker, CO. Aaron received his B.S. in Horticulture from Kansas State University in 1995.
Aaron has managed properties for banks and served as a consultant on new construction of car washes and renovations for express, full-service, and in-bay automatic car washes. He has taken existing sites and turned them around and started new construction and advised from start to finish.
Aaron lives with his wife, Adrienne, and daughter, Gabi, in Elizabeth, CO while his son, Joseph, plans a wedding with his fiancé, Hannah in Denver, CO. Aaron loves small business and entrepreneurship and believes there is an endless opportunity to make money in America if you are willing to try!
HEATHER RAWNSLEY – OFFICE MANAGER
Heather has over twenty years of experience in Office Administration, with an emphasis in Human Resources and Bookkeeping. Her past experience in Human Resources includes working as the Human Resources manager for a start-up Software Development firm; as a Recruiter for a prestigious Litigation Consulting firm; and as a Human Resources Generalist for the multi-million dollar medical technology company, Medtronic. In 2005 she joined the car wash world when she was hired as the Office Administrator and Bookkeeper for Kwik Car Wash, where she managed the administration and accounting for two car wash locations. She is currently the Office Manager for Focused Car Wash Solutions and has been with the company since it started. Heather earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from California State University, Chico.
MEGAN GILCHRIST – MARKETING DIRECTOR
Megan has been doing Marketing, PR, and Graphic Design in the Car Wash Industry since 2006, and is currently the Marketing Director for Focused Carwash Solutions. She has worked as the Sales & Marketing Manager for Aquatique Industries and as the Marketing and Membership Coordinator for the Rocky Mountain Car Wash Association. She understands how to set up your Unlimited Wash Club so that it is successful from day one, where to send the press releases for FREE publicity and how to create an environment where everyone loves to come. Megan can help design effective signage, menu boards, online marketing campaigns, charity programs and sponsorships, and local cross-promotions to put your wash above the competition. Megan earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business/Marketing from Colorado State University. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Mitch, and their two children.
AARON LAYTON – WAREHOUSE & INVENTORY MANAGER
Aaron comes to us with over six years’ experience in high volume, express exterior car washes in Colorado Springs. Initially working with Keep-m-Clean Car Wash, then with Mister Car Wash, Aaron has experience with start-up and daily operations for high-volume locations exceeding 300k per year. With a passion for learning the science of car washing, Aaron brings operational efficiency to the team.
Aaron has a Master of Science degree from the University of Colorado and has attended Sonny’s Car Wash College.
In his spare time, Aaron enjoys spending time with his wife, Courtney, and their two sons.
JEFF PETREY – AREA SALES MANAGER
Jeff recently moved to Colorado from the Dallas / Ft. Worth area of Texas. He brings with him 30 years of experience, having worked with full service, express and flex serve car washes, handling everything from operations, marketing, preventative maintenance, installation of equipment, chemical setup and project management. Jeff strives to continue learning new skills and increasing his knowledge base about the latest advancements in car wash technology to better serve others.
In his spare time, Jeff enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with his wife, Pam, and their two children.
KATHERINE PINEDA – CUSTOMER SUPPORT & WAREHOUSE MANAGER
Katherine (Katy) is the newest member to the Focused team, as our Customer Support & Warehouse Manager. Katy was born and raised in Honduras. When she was 13, she and her family moved to Colorado, where she finished high school. After graduating, Katy began working at Costco as a shipper and receiver. During her nine months at Costco, Katy learned how to operate the equipment, and became a certified forklift operator and electric pallet jack operator. She also earned the opportunity to become a supervisor.
Katy processes service requests and orders and keeps us organized in the warehouse.
